Gutter Cleaning & Repairs

The process:
On the scheduled day of our visit, we will text you with an ETA when our team is on their way (there is no need to be home at the time of service)
We blow leaves and twigs off your roof with high powered blowers, so they do not end up back in your gutters
We blow out small debris from gutters to get them extra clean
We check downspouts to ensure they are clear and snake or dislodge them with a blower if they are not
If any debris are laying around after we are done, we disperse them thoroughly before we leave
We provide a free roof and gutter inspection with photo documentation
We will email pictures of your cleaned gutters and an invoice that can be paid securely online, or you can mail a check if you prefer
We do offer hand cleaning and bagging of debris for a slightly higher cost, but the vast majority of our customers are 100% satisfied with our base service
Additional fees:
In the rare occurrence a downspout is compacted and cannot be snaked or unclogged we can remove the downspout, clean out the compacted debris and reinstall for $25.
If there are gutter covers to be removed and reinstalled after cleaning, we charge $2 per linear foot to reinstall screens after cleaning.
Please be aware that we will need access to park our vehicle at your residence. We ask that you move your vehicle out of your driveway or away from your curb.

Yes. We install low-profile stainless steel gutter guards that help keep leaves, debris and shingle grit out of your gutters. They come with our Lifetime No-Hassle No-Clog Gutter Protection Warranty, which transfers to a new owner if you sell. Pressure Washing

Not the way we do it. For siding and other house exteriors we use a soft wash: low-pressure water with cleaning detergents that removes dirt, algae and mildew without the high pressure that can damage siding or its finish. We also take care to protect your landscaping and rinse everything thoroughly afterwards.

Chimney & Fireplace

Yes. Our chimney inspections are CSIA-certified. A qualified NVA Home Services technician evaluates your chimney, wood-burning or gas fireplace, or wood or pellet stove, and identifies any cleaning, maintenance or repair it needs.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Our dryer vent cleaning process is as follows:
When our technician arrives, he will ask you to ensure your lint trap is clean and to turn on your dryer.
Our technician will remove the exhaust vent cover to gain access to the exhaust ducting.
A rotary brush will be used to remove lint and clean out your dryer vent exhaust.
Our technician will then measure the air flow coming out of your dryer vent exhaust with an anemometer, air flow meter, to ensure your vent is clear of lint and debris.
